There are a number of great incentives in the community to get people into sports, healthy eating etc like "primary nights" a scheme running on Mondays available to local primary school children . Why not join the Kilburn Cosmos Comets TAG Rugby or maybe you can be one of the chosen ones playing for QPR?
Primary nights is a scheme which needs funding and you can help! Every Monday hoards of kids and parents/carers are rushing from School to get to Willesden Sport Centre or another of the locations where this sheme is run so they can participate in a sport regardless of their families financial position.
