"There are 3 ways in which our Mobile Bar Hire works:

• Dry Hire – Simply hire all the necessary equipment you require, such as illuminated bar units, fridges, taps, coolers etc. With this type of hire, we do not stock the bar with drink.
• Pay Bar – With a pay bar, we provide a complete professional mobile bar setup, uniformed staff and a fully stock bar free of charge. We then take all the money for drinks purchased over the bar by your guests.
• Free Bar – This works in the same way as a Pay Bar, by which we provide the setup, staff and a fully stocked bar free of charge. However the difference is that we invoice you as the client for all drinks purchased by your guests.

"Furthermore we can combine a Pay Bar with a Free Bar. In some cases, the client may wish to offer a Free Bar up to a certain time or amount. After this time or amount has been met, we then simply turn the bar into a Pay Bar.

"With a Pay Bar & a Free Bar we do however require a minimum bar spend/take of £1,000. If this is not achieved then you, as the client would be responsible for paying the difference.

"Additional services we offer are reception/arrival drinks and a table wine service. "
