Welcome to the latest edition of Neston News - your weekly round up of local news and events in the Neston area. Click here for Online version (if your email or mobile programme has mangled the layout). Delighted to be able to announce today the launch of the first ever Neston and District Business Awards. AboutMyArea is sponsoring the awards, along with the Chamber of Trade, Brand and Evolution. All businesses, large or small, are welcome to enter and the public are warmly encouraged to nominate their favourite business to win the Best Customer Service Award. This one will also be voted on by the public, through AboutMyArea. Nominations close on December 9, so don't miss out, read all about it here. The other thing I want to highlight this week is the event taking place on Saturday at Neston Town Hall - you are invited to come along and Share Your Memories of Neston Ladies Day. This is the start of a community-wide effort to properly celebrate the forthcoming 200th Anniversary and to preserve its history and traditions. Please do come along, either to share your photos or your memories, or both! I'll leave you to catch up now on all the local news and forthcoming events. Remember to keep your submissions coming, we love to hear from you. Any local businesses who would like to find out how your product or service can be made more visible to Neston customers, please do get in touch, we are always happy to help. Have a great week! Carrie & the AboutMyArea Team Tel: 0151 336 2734 / Email: carriespacey@aboutmyarea.co.uk
