On the day itself, Thursday 3rd June, landlady Terri Leahy and her team will be hosting a Hog-Roast and Barbecue from 2pm, in the pub's Mediterranean-style covered patio garden - so whatever the weather (and we are all hoping for a glorious day, of course!) - you can relax and enjoy a bite to eat and a drink in between the sights and sounds of the parade.
Later the same day, Tony 'Buck' Ryan will be providing musical entertainment while you take the weight off and perhaps sample a pint or two of the Brown Horse's recently 'Cask Marque' accredited ales or a glass of chilled wine.
On Friday 4th June, there's more music on offer at 'Early Doors' from 6pm - the ever-popular entertainer Albie will be hosting a showcase of artistes offering a variety of musical styles.
Saturday 5th June sees the return of the Ryan Brothers - a hugely entertaining Traditional Irish Band.
To end the weekend in considerable style, on Sunday 6th June the Brown Horse will host a day of Swing and Jazz. In the afternoon from 4pm, relax and enjoy the 'Rat Pack' repertoire of Captain Davey, then in the evening, the smooth and sophisticated Annie Long Trio will entertain with a range of swing and popular jazz standards. Plus, BBQ available all afternoon and evening.
The Brown Horse - more than just a pub.
