On Wednesday 20th June 2012 the 'Special Friends' group of children from Woodfall Primary School had a fantastic day out at Chester Zoo with the Neston Rotary Club.
This has been an annual event for a number of years and all the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves. All the children send the Rotarians a huge 'thank you' for another special day.
Here's what some of the children had to say about their day out:
"I liked the otters because they were playing." - Hannah, Y3
"I loved the tigers as they were asleep." - Esme Y3
"The bats were scary but I liked them. One went on my arm!" - Declan Y2
"I love pink flamingos because they are pink." - Melissa Y2
"I liked my ice-cream." - Maddie Y2.
