Sweet Fundraising Success at Parkgate Primary

On Monday the 2nd of December a group of Year 5 children from Parkgate Primary School held a cake sale to raise money to go the Red Cross Typhoon Haiyan appeal.
Selling cakes for 50p each, they raised a huge £127.19!
They sold cakes to the whole school and still had left overs. They had all kinds of treats, the children said the Victoria Sponge was the most popular throughout the school.
