It was another notable day for the Rotary Club of Neston, we now have three Rotakids Clubs in Neston with Parkgate Primary School Rotakids Club being chartered on Monday April 28.
At morning assembly, attended by District Governor Philip Horwood and his wife Linda, ADG Molly Youd, ADG Steve Martin, President Scirard Lancelyn Green, staff and parents, the Rotakids President and Vice President introduced themselves and outlined their plan for events for the year ahead.
A presentation of badges, certificates and wrist bands was followed by a coffee morning with freshly baked home made cakes. Not being ones to miss an opportunity the Rotakids turned this into a fundraiser for Cancer Research. A total of £277.66 was raised.
Well done Parkgate Rotakids!
