Care provider Regard has converted a former barn building into a new service for seven people and includes two self-contained flats surrounded by spacious grounds.
The Manor Barn service will support adults aged 20+ with enduring mental health needs or learning difficulties, Asperger's, autism and acquired brain injury.
It will cater for individuals from Denbighshire, Flintshire, Merseyside, Wirral and Cheshire West & Chester areas.
"There is an enormous need for this type of accommodation in the area," said Regard Customer Relationship Manager, Diane Carole.
"Manor Barn is a beautiful service set in lovely grounds and only a mile from the attractive sights of Neston and Parkgate.
"We're offering a chance for individuals to live independent lives and at the same time have access to the relevant level of support they need.
"We aim to encourage the development of life skills and work with our service users to integrate them within the wider community.
"They will be living as part of the community, and far enough away from their families to promote independence, yet near enough for regular visits."

The two flats, and bedrooms in the main part of the property, all of which are en-suite, have been designed to meet people's specific needs.
There is also a communal area where people can meet up, cook meals together and relax with each other.
Regard is looking to recruit up to 10 support workers to provide support to individuals within the service and are looking for people who have NVQ 2 qualifications and above.
"We are looking for people who live in the area and who will offer a long-term commitment to the people they support," added Diane. "There will be 24-hour background staffing, including shared waking nights."
Renovation work on the property is almost complete and the first people are ready to move in.
