Neston Farmers' Market - This Saturday
Author: Katy Pierce, Town Centre Manager | Published: 30th September 2015 09:08 |
We've got a real bumper Farmers' and Food Makers' market planned for this weekend on Neston Market Square.
All of our usual traders will be back as well as some new ones. I'm delighted to introduce: Jemma Overend, a smallholder from Heswall selling sausages made from pigs she has bred herself; ‘Nourish' who create the most delicious vegetarian meals, and purveyors of handmade pies The Original Pie Company will be returning.
I'm also thrilled to be able to welcome the Chorlton Cheshire Cheese Company, purveyors of a range of handmade Cheshire cheeses, several of which have won awards.
As usual we'll have live music to keep customers entertained.
We're so fortunate in Neston to have such a wide range of talented food producers who are keen to come to Neston on a monthly basis with their offer. To find out more about where your food is from, to shop sustainably and locally, and to meet the producers who are really passionate about the food we eat then pop down to the Farmers' and Food Makers' Market this Saturday.
