No Waiting Proposal for Burton Road in Little Neston

THE BOROUGH OF CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER (BURTON ROAD, LITTLE NESTON) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016

NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the abovementioned Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of the Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time on all days on the following lengths of road:

• Burton Road, Little Neston (north east side) - from a point 15 metres south east of its centre line junction with West Vale for a distance of 40 metres in a north westerly direction.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the Draft Order which, together with the relevant plans showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the proposed Order, may be inspected between the hours of 09.00 to 16.00, Monday to Friday, at the Council's Highways Office, Guilden Sutton Depot, Guilden Sutton Lane, Guilden Sutton, Chester, CH3 7EX or at the Neston Library, Parkgate Road, Neston.

Any objections to the Draft Order should be sent in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the undersigned to arrive by not later than Friday 9th September 2016.
