Local residents Dominic Roberts and Jean Clayton were co-opted for the Parkgate and Riverside wards respectively.
At its previous meeting the casual vacancy for Neston ward was filled by Angus Montgomery. Cllr Montgomery, keen to take on his new role said: "My father was a councillor in Surrey for 25 years and I learned all about council procedures from him."
Cllr Roberts, a Neston resident for seven years and a keen runner and dog walker said: "My motivation for wanting to be a member of the council is to play my part in the promotion of Neston and Parkgate. I don't have any direct council experience, but I do have marketing and analytical skills and I would bring some new ideas and perspectives."
Mrs Clayton was a committee member of the Neston Female Society for over 18 years until recently.
Town Mayor Cllr Mike Shipman said he welcomed the new councillors and looked forward to the contributions they would make.
