Cheshire West and Chester Council are proposing that the speed limit be reduced to 40mph on Hooton Road, Willaston between Benty Heath Lane and Heath Lane.

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(B5133 HOOTON ROAD, WILLASTON) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 40 mph speed limit on B5133 Hooton Road between its junction with Benty Heath Lane to a point 6 metres north east of its junction with Heath Lane.
Full details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal may be examined at the Council Highways Office, Guilden Sutton Depot, Guilden Sutton Lane, Guilden Sutton, Chester CH3 7EX and Neston Library, Parkgate Road, Neston, CH64 6QE between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned by Friday 23rd December 2016.
