Parkgate Carnival to Welcome Cheshire Police and Fire Services

Pride in our forces has never been greater and we, at Northern Lights Children's Charity, are delighted to be welcoming Cheshire Police and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Services to Parkgate Carnival on the 9th of July.

Cheshire Police and Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service at a recent open day in Winsford. 

So what can you expect from our boys and girls in blue on the day?

• A marked police car and police uniform available for children to be shown around the vehicle and try on uniform
• Free Security Bike marking. Chipping bikes can be registered for free, allowing officers to trace owners property with greater speed, if recovered from any theft / crime
• Xbox & PlayStation games and....
• General Crime Prevention Advice with local beat Officers available to talk and advise.

You won't want to miss our Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service, either:

• Get up close to a fire appliance and the service Fire-bike
• Gain helpful advice on Home Safety, Fire Safety and Road Safety

Whilst the officers and vehicles may get diverted to a live incident, Northern Lights are hoping for a long stay, providing great opportunities for you and your children to find out more about the Police and Fire and Rescue Services in a fun and relaxed way.

We know the officers are looking forward to meeting members of the public who attend and Northern Lights are very excited about their support and contribution to their 30th Anniversary celebration.
