School Crossing Patrol Vacancy for Little Neston

Cheshire West and Chester Council are urgently seeking a caring, friendly, reliable and active person to play a vital role in our community to help children and adults cross Mellock Lane safely on their way to and from school.

Main Duties:

• Helping children and other pedestrians to cross the road safely on their journey to and from school each day;
• Organising groups of pedestrians to provide a safe crossing service with minimum disruption to traffic flow.

Pay and Conditions:

• £8.75 per hour;
• Monthly salary is paid for all 12 months of the year;
• Term time only;
• Duty times: Mornings 8:30-9:05 Afternoons 3:15-3:45;
• No experience necessary;
• Full training and uniform provided.
