Neston Flower Society
Published: 25th January 2011 12:17 |
Since its formation in 1959 Neston Flower Society, affiliated to the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies, has gone from strength to strength, firstly meeting at Neston Town Hall, then the Parkgate Hotel to the present day meetings at the Civic Hall with a membership of 160.
We are unique in that we are a morning club!
We aim to provide demonstrators of the highest calibre, to educate and promote the love of flowers and to conserve our natural environment.
We support many local charities with our coffee mornings and demonstrations.
Over the years members have competed at various Shows, served on Area Committees and arranged flowers in Stately Homes, Churches and Cathedrals.
We meet at the Civic Hall, Neston on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 10.30am - noon (except August and December).
All Welcome.
