A Little Gem Award was given for the photo panels around Neston Market Square, designed by local school-children.
One of the panels in the Market Square, awarded a Little Gem prize.
Janet Griffiths again organised groups of volunteers litter-picking, weeding and planting, to make the town look better, and is continuing this work.
Most recently, Janet has used the strimmer, bought with some of the Ruby Holloway bequest, to tidy the area of land on Ladies Walk (to the left of Aldi's goods entrance) where Neston Civic Society placed a seat in 1993.
