Award winning, digital communications agency Crowd is continuing its worldwide expansion with the launch of its new office in Toronto, Canada.
The move is in response to client demand from Canadian companies keen to work with a Canadian agency. Crowd is already in discussion with a number of businesses across the travel, food and tourism sectors, particularly focusing on Toronto's artisanal products and microbreweries.
Headquartered in Bournemouth (heralded as the fastest growing digital economy ahead of London), Crowd has established an international presence in just four years via its offices in London, San Francisco, Detroit, and Dubai and its comprehensive client portfolio includes Dubai Airports, Razor and Kenwood.
The team in Canada will be led by Jaimy Warner who has a wealth of industry experience working with clients such as the Plastic Oceans Foundation, Cultural Weekly, OCAD University, CBC Docs' Unstoppable: The Fentanyl Epidemic, and The Nations! with Sean Cullen and Jarred Christmas. Design and account management support will be offered through Crowd's fast growing studio in Detroit, Michigan.
Founder and director of Crowd, Jamie Sergeant, said: "With six offices spanning four time zones and a team speaking a total of nine different languages, we work continuously to meet clients' project deadlines; a feat which has earned us a reputation as ‘the agency that never sleeps'.
"We are delighted to announce the launch of our new office in Toronto and are looking forward to managing the digital communications for a new raft of international clients. Our main aim is to reach new audiences worldwide for our clients and engage hearts and minds. The launch of our Canadian office is further commitment to achieving this on their behalf."
To complement the company's global reach and illustrate the abilities of its multi-lingual team, Crowd recently launched its new website www.thisiscrowd.com, which has already won ‘Special Kudos' from CSS Design Awards, received an ‘Honourable Mention' from Awwwards and is due to be featured in the CSS Design Awards GREATEST CL/CKS 2010 - 2016 special edition book.
