Haskins’ team member reaches Top 10 in Garden Centre Association’s Rising Stars programme

Mike Knight, Outdoor Team Leader at Haskins Garden Centre in Ferndown, has reached the Top 10 in the Garden Centre Association's Rising Stars programme.
The GCA programme acknowledges rising stars within businesses, and each year, 10 candidates are selected from those nominated, to receive mentoring by experts in the gardening industry.
Mike was selected for the final 10 after introducing a houseplant-focused gift bag which has been very popular with Haskins' customers.
Mike commented: "It's humbling to have been selected for the final 10, especially coming into the process with very little retail and horticultural knowledge. I'm grateful to Haskins for having faith in me and have learnt a tremendous amount by being part of the Rising Stars programme."
