The 8th Annual Classic Vehicle Run Comes To Havant

Registration is now open for the 8th Annual Classic Vehicle run in Havant. Vehicle owners must pre-register for the event to avoid disappointment by contacting Anne Thurlow, Mayors Secretary on 023 9244 6152 or e-mailing anne.thurlow@havant.gov.uk
The Event is free to enter but a donation to the Mayors Charity Appeal on the day is greatly appreciated.
Assembling at the Public Service Plaza Car Park in Havant from 9.30 am on the 15th April the vehicles will be flagged off from 10am by the Mayor of Havant, Councillor Ken Smith.
The convoy of vehicles will travel through scenic countryside on one of three routes all concluding at the Peter Ashley Activity Centre, Fort Purbrook. Vehicles will arrive from around 12 noon and be on view as part of a family fun day.
Last year's event included a wide variety of Motorcycles including BSA, Triumph and Nortons and Classic Cars such as the Austin Healey, Morris, Standards, Bentley, Jenson, Standard/Triumph, Hillman, Sunbeam, Ford, Vauxhall, Bond, Vincent, B.S.A. Dennis and lots more.
More than 180 vehicles took part in the run last year and raised over £4800 for the Mayor of Havant's Charity Appeal.
