Neston Parent Braves the Shave for Charity

A parent of a pupil at Neston Primary School recently had her head shaved to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and The Little Princess Trust.

Sam Dutton hopes to raise over £400 for the good causes. She said that she wanted to do something positive to help others and added: "I am not brave for having my head shaved. It is the people who are suffering from cancer, or the children who have lost their hair as a result of their illness, that are brave."
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses. Macmillan Cancer Support aim to be there for everyone affected by cancer, their family and friends.
