 Welcome to the latest edition of Neston News - your weekly round up of local news and events in the Neston area. We are pleased to be able to re-publish an article from Catalyst, the parish magazine, about St Michael's Church being 100 years old this month. This week is also chock-a-block with Heritage Open Days, both in the immediate area and around Wirral and Cheshire. Plus, following hot on the heels of our article last week about the build up to the 200th Anniversary of Neston Ladies Day, you can find out more about the Open Day being hosted by Neston Players to gather your memories to aid them in writing a play to be performed next year. Another focus is on things for young people to do after school. Check out the relevant section on the website here. You'll find dance, drama, sport and youth clubs. Plenty to keep them busy now it's starting to get a bit darker earlier in the evenings. Brio have introduced some fabulous new fitness classes starting at Neston Recreation Centre next week.
