Thank you once again to Bernard Rose for my favourite Spring photo, which I am using as today's Neston News header to celebrate Easter.

The roadworks have continued in the town centre this week, the aim being to complete most of it in time to re-open the roads for the Easter weekend.  We had hoped there would be no further traffic management after this, but it now looks as though there may be traffic lights reinstated after the weekend while the last few bits and pieces are finished off and the site cleared.  Bear with it, it will look great when it's all done.

Make Good Friday great, by going to the Easter Market in Neston.  Not just the usual mix of lovely stalls, we've also got live entertainment, an Easter egg hunt, face-painting and Dr Bike, amongst other things.  A great way to relaunch Neston after the trials of the roadworks, and a celebration of the Town Council taking over the running of the market square and Town Hall.

See more Easter activities here and our full What's On guide here.

Have a great Easter!
