Sudbury Just Talk Campaign offers free drop in sessions

Just Talk Campaign offers free drop in sessions where you can come and talk about anything that is concerning you in a safe and confidential environment. We offer two group sessions, one for Young Adults (15-22) and one for Adults.

There are many people within the community who are feeling alone and unheard and desperately need someone to talk to. We believe everyone has the right to be heard and to have someone they can trust. We want those people to know we are here for them, we are offering a safe and friendly environment where people of any age or background can just come and talk freely about any issue they may have.

INFORMATION FOR JANUARY 2018

The Just Talk Campaign drop in session location is changing

Just Talk Campaign's monthly drop in sessions will now be held at the location below. This new location offers better accessibility, with a disabled toilet, and lift access on site. There is also a café very close by for refreshments.

You don't need to attend the drop in sessions to receive counselling. You may turn up at the drop in session day and have an assessment with a therapist confidentially so as to arrange to start having individual counselling with a Student Counsellor. Individual Counselling will only take place at the exploringU Center for wellbeing or at our practice in Castle Hedingham. Please note: This will be by appointment only. The new location at Stour Valley Business park is only for the groups, no counselling sessions will take place here.

If you don't feel able to attend the Just Talk Campaign drop in sessions but still would like support, please contact us and we will set you up with a trainee counsellor for therapy.
